I'm crying for the world. and people just DONT understand. Cos human beings are the most dangerous species on earth.
scince the age of 9, (primary 3), i started to realised that not everybody was nice and innocent. i learnt about selfishness and "kiasu-ness" since being in a "better" class i had to strive to work harder, but i wasnt clever. infact i was stupid. as in literally stupid. others needed two hours to learn something, i needed wat, 6 hours? ya. to learn exactly the same thing. so i had to work hard to stay in that class. the major difference i experience was the very very big problem of selfishness in the class. i didnt like it at first, but as i grew up to 4M, and 5M, i learnt to live with it.
then, i came to 6J. TC made me play too much and there i was stupid again. despite all the vulgarities being thrown across the classrooms and the fights occuring suddenly, one thing i like about the environment was that, it was so easy to cooperate with each other. there was minimal selfishness, unlike in the best class. i really did miss those days.
arent man cruel? they eat vegetables, kill insects, hunt animals and some even kill each other. terrorists, war, what is this? whyee must we fight? why cant we live in harmony? why? do they fight just for power? isnt that an act of selfishness?
some people only care about their own love-life. some are so obsessed with it that they neglect their studies. some even commit suicide just for it. others are so paranoid about small matters like "don't latest model of handphone" or "dont have roxy pencil box" . please? arent singaporean kids way tooooooo fortunate? some children in other countries die even before they can think "i dont have clothes. how?". so will some people stop being childish and see how fortunate you are?
some people just complain about how everything is in a mess and how you cant get into your favourite CCA or your favourite football team or you cant take up cycling or ballet or piano or ice-skating watever, but do youknow how to treasure watever you have now? why do we always long for more when we have enough and then miss the things we once had?
some people just dont except their fate. they think heaven is unfair or watever, but do they know that their future is in their own hands and it is for THEM to go and make it? do they know that no one controls their future but them?
some people only care about the riches and wealth when they have enough themselves. they yearn for more. but when will they stop yearning?
some people have the wealth themselves but they do not treasure it and they evem look down on people who are not as fortunate as them. why? why must they do that? because they are bored?! because they like it?!
this world, it's complicated. i only know human are the most dangerous species on earth, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
